Returns and Exchanges
We always guarantee your item is shipped in full working order. This is because our team test all used consoles and games before sending them out. As we are dealing with second hand used items, sometimes it can take the slightest movement of the cartridge in the console to get it going, or a simple reset of the unit. In the unlikely event your console or game is not working, please contact us using the email form and we will do all we can to assist.
Please note we DO NOT take responsibility if you plug your Japanese console into the wrong power supply or vice versa.
Where a product needs to be returned, the customer will need to pay for return postage. Upon verification that the item was non-functional prior to shipping, postage costs will be reimbursed to the customer.
