Sony Playstation 2 Virtua Fighter 4 Arcade Stick SKU5001 – Virtua Fighter 4 arcade stick (no box) .  This arcade style fight stick is designed for use with Virtua Fighter 4, but is also compatible with most other fighting games on the PlayStation 2. It features a single joystick and 3 face buttons (Circle, X, and Square). The remainder of the buttons are located in a row along the top of the controller. This item is from Japan, but is compatible with all PlayStation 2 systems.

The Game – The Virtua Fighter franchise was birthed in the arcade, but now there’s a home-console version that rivals the coin-operated experience. Designed specifically for the PlayStation 2, this installment lets you play as any of 11 classic characters or two newcomers.Two new characters (Lei Fei and Vanessa Lewis) join 11 VF veterans, each with their own unique styles based on real martial arts. New counters and defensive moves allow players to switch up their stances and fighting styles mid-bout. Train a computer-controlled character through sparring and an easy-to-use rewards system, then pit your character against a friend’s or challenge the arcade mode.  Long known as a brutal fighting experience that pioneered 3D hand-to-hand combat, the series takes its inspiration from the genuine techniques and traditions of the martial arts. Play against the computer or take on a friend in this high-octane challenge.  What’s awesome about the gameplay is that you can just pick up a controller and start fighting. Three buttons (block, kick, punch) are all that are needed to master a basic set of moves.
